Truthfully from a fan, yes we may need a new players but what we really need is a New MANAGER!!! Man whats wrong with the management in the first place to hire Avram Grant. Yes he brought Portsmouth to the FA cup final but did they win the cup? More importantly Portsmouth still got relegated. Relegated I tell you. When he was in Chelsea, he inherited a strong squad from Mourinho so go figure. He never won me over. He freaking looks like a mafia boss rather than a club manager.
